RONATELLI LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY
Our jewelry is crafted with premium 925 Sterling Silver and is protected by a Lifetime Warranty against verified manufacturing defects. This policy constitutes the comprehensive terms and conditions governing the guarantee of your Ronatelli piece.
I. Scope of Coverage: What Is Guaranteed
The RONATELLI Lifetime Warranty is strictly limited to the material integrity and manufacturing craftsmanship of your purchased item.
A. Material Guarantee: We offer a Lifetime Guarantee on the material itself, ensuring the product remains authentic 925 Sterling Silver (S925) for the lifetime of the piece.
B. Manufacturing Defects: The warranty covers structural failures or defects that originate from the production process and occur without any customer-related external cause. Examples include:
Faulty or broken clasps upon delivery or failure under normal conditions.
Structural separation or weak soldering points.
Immediate (unforeseen) material failure.
C. Resolution: If a verified production fault is identified, we will provide a free repair or replacement, depending on item availability and feasibility, at our discretion.
II. Exclusions: What Voids the Warranty
The Lifetime Warranty DOES NOT cover damage resulting from customer handling, misuse, or the natural properties of Sterling Silver. The warranty is strictly voided for the following:
A. Customer Misuse and Negligence: Damage caused by improper use, accident, or application of excessive force, including but not limited to:
Accidental or intentional bending, breaking, snapping, or severe pulling.
Damage caused by contact with harsh chemicals (e.g., chlorine, bleach, aggressive detergents, perfumes).
B. Wear and Tear: Damage arising from standard, prolonged use, including:
General wear, dents, or major scratching incurred during daily activities.
Loss of the item or missing pieces that cannot be verified as a manufacturing issue.
C. Unauthorized Modification: Damage caused by any repairs, alterations, or modifications performed by third parties or individuals other than RONATELLI certified technicians.
III. Crucial Notes on Sterling Silver & Handcrafted Nature
These points ensure transparency regarding the inherent characteristics of high-quality jewelry and protect the company from claims regarding natural processes:
A. Tarnish is Normal (Not a Defect): Sterling Silver naturally oxidizes (tarnishes or blackens) over time due to exposure to air, moisture, and common chemicals. Tarnish is a normal chemical reaction and is NOT considered a product fault or a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty. Tarnish can be easily removed through proper cleaning.
B. Handcrafted Quality: All of our products are 100% handmade. Handmade items possess unique characteristics and are not manufactured to the absolute uniformity of machine-made goods. Therefore, the presence of small scratches, minor surface marks, or unique variations that are only detected upon careful, close inspection are not to be perceived as mistakes or defects, but as the authentic signature of craftsmanship.
IV. Claim Submission and Repair Services
A. Claim Requirements: All warranty claims require clear photo or video evidence submitted to RONATELLI to help us accurately assess the issue before the item is returned.
B. Out-of-Warranty Repair: If the item is damaged due to customer misuse (damage outside the warranty scope), we can still offer paid repair services when physically possible, subject to an assessment fee and confirmation of the repair cost by the customer.
