Important Note for Thicker Bracelets
Some of our bracelets — such as Lesi, Marlo, and similar thick weave models — feature a bolder, wider braid. Due to the thicker construction, the inner diameter is smaller than standard models of the same length. We recommend adding an extra +0.4 IN (1 cm) on top of your normal size to ensure a comfortable fit when ordering these models.

Use a piece of string, a strip of paper, or even a phone charger cable — anything non-stretchy that you can wrap around your wrist.
Wrap Your Wrist
Wrap it around your wrist just above the wrist bone, where you'd normally wear a bracelet. Keep it snug but not tight, and mark where it meets.
Measure the Length
Lay the string flat and measure to the mark with a ruler. That's your wrist circumference. Match it with the chart above to find your size.

Wrists tend to swell slightly throughout the day. For the most accurate result, measure in the evening when your wrist is at its largest.
Between Two Sizes?
When in doubt, go with the larger size. A slightly loose bracelet is always more comfortable than one that's too tight.
Average Wrist Size
The average men's wrist circumference is 6.7–7.5 IN (17–19 cm). If you have a typical build, size M — 7.9 IN (20 cm) usually offers the best fit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your order, please fill out our Return & Exchange form. Our team will promptly review your request and you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the new product to you promptly after.
If you prefer to receive the new product more quickly, place a new order for the desired item. Follow the standard return process for the current item you wish to exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and we will automatically refund the full amount to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
