ORDER INFORMATION
After completing the purchase process, your confirmation mail will be automatically sent to you. Then, your tracking number will also be sent after your order is shipped. After receiving the tracking number, you can track your order in the Track Your Order section on our website.
You can change or cancel your order by contacting us after receiving the confirmation email. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes after your order has been shipped. However, after receiving your order, you can return it within 30 days.
After receiving the order confirmation mail, you can contact us to cancel your order. If your order is still unshipped we will cancel your order. After your order is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded without any deduction. We cannot cancel the order If your order is dispatched before you contact us. SHIPPING INFORMATION
In order to prevent the loss of your order in the cargo, we send all orders with the tracking number and obligation to be delivered in return for signature. However, in case your cargo is lost by the cargo company, we will refund the full amount you paid. If the tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered to your address and you think you did not receive it, we do not accept responsibility.
The working days of our worldwide warehouses are Monday to Saturday. On the following day after your payment is taken, your order is processed and usually shipped within 24-48 hours.
