Let the string hang at the length where you'd like the necklace to sit. Hold both ends together at the back of your neck and mark the spot.
Measure the Length
Lay the string flat and measure to the mark with a ruler. That's your ideal necklace length. Match it with the chart above.
Where Does Each Length Sit?
Each necklace length creates a different look. Here's what to expect.
Sits close to the neck, just above the collarbone. Works best with crew necks and open collars. A bold, defined look.
The most versatile length for men. Falls just below the collarbone and works with almost any neckline. The go-to choice for everyday wear.
Sits on the upper chest area. Great for wearing over t-shirts and casual tops. Ideal if you want the necklace to be visible outside your clothing.

Wearing a Pendant?
If you plan to add a pendant, consider going one size longer. The pendant adds weight and will make the chain sit slightly higher than expected.
Consider Your Build
Broader shoulders and a wider neck may make a necklace appear shorter. If you have a larger build, sizing up by one length is often a good idea.
Layering Multiple Chains
For a layered look, choose lengths that are at least 2 inches (5 cm) apart so each chain sits at a different level and doesn't tangle.

If the product unused and undamaged, you can return it within 30 days without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your order, please fill out our Return & Exchange form. Our team will promptly review your request and you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the new product to you promptly after.
If you prefer to receive the new product more quickly, place a new order for the desired item. Follow the standard return process for the current item you wish to exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and we will automatically refund the full amount to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
