Generally, we would recommend that customers measure the circumference of their wrist, using a piece of string (or anything you can find such as a phone charger cable!), and then add anywhere between 1/2 inch (1.3cm) to 1 inch (2.5cm) depending on how loose or tight you would like it to fit. Typically most people would add 0.6 inch (1.5cm) onto the length of their wrist length which will give them a bracelet which fits nicely, but without being either too tight or too loose – just nicely in the middle.
Tip: If you are having difficulty choosing a size and have a normal wrist size, you can choose 20cm / 7.8" long or another well-fitting bracelet because these are the most preferred bracelet sizes.

After your order is shipped;
The shipment details will be sent automatically to your e-mail address. After receiving the tracking number, you can track your order on our website.

If the product unused and undamaged, you can return it within 30 days without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your order, please fill out our Return & Exchange form. Our team will promptly review your request and you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the new product to you promptly after.
If you prefer to receive the new product more quickly, place a new order for the desired item. Follow the standard return process for the current item you wish to exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and we will automatically refund the full amount to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
